My Story

Heinz is a Georgia native who began his flying career when he was fifteen and earned his private pilot license at seventeen. When he graduated high school, Heinz attended Middle Georgia State Universities Part 142 aviation program where he graduated with a Bachelors in Aviation Science and Management with a concentration in advanced flight.

Although Heinz has a passion for airplanes, he also loves to the outdoors.  Over the summer of 2022, Heinz decided to move from home in Georgia to Buffalo, WY where he worked full time on a local ranch learning everything about livestock to operations and in between.

On every evening he can and most weekends, you’ll catch Heinz instructing in SP307's vintage J-3 Cub helping make new tailwheel pilots!
