Matt moved to Sheridan in the spring of 2023 and joined the team at Sheridan Pilots 307 soon after.  He attended the University of Colorado, graduating in 2017.  After a career in motorcycle racing, he set his sights on aviation in 2019.

 

He began his flying career in southwest Florida but did additional training in Colorado, Washington, and Wisconsin.  Soon after he returned to instruct full time for a Part 141 flight school in Venice, Florida.  During that time, he discovered a love for tailwheel and aerobatic flying and is grateful for the opportunity to pass that on to other aviators.

 

When Matt isn’t flying, you can find him somewhere in the Bighorn Mountains hiking, climbing or backpacking.
